This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is produced in the Tequila Valley under the direction of Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo (a.k.a.
"Chava"). The agave is roasted 72 hours in stone ovens, crushed by Tahona, undergoes natural fermentation with fibers, and distilled 2 times in stainless steel and copper pot stills. This expression is lightly rested in ex-bourbon barrels for at least 2 months and bottled at 86 proof.

Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".
