Wild Oak Whisky is a bourbon-style whisky distilled by 66 Gilead Distillery at their 80-acre farm in Prince Edward County, Ontario. It is distilled from 51% corn, 30% rye, and a mixture of wheat and peated barley.
It is aged in new, charred oak casks and non-chill filtered. Note: This is not currently available in the US.

Tasting Notes
"This nose will wake you up like replacing your regular coffee with Folger’s Crystals. It’s floral, grassy and spicey like a field of wild spring flowers. There are some young grain spirit notes but they are chaperoned by brilliant oak. Flavors flood the mouth with a freshly ground peppercorn blend, ripe fruit, butterscotch and hints of a rural earthiness that rises into an outstanding dry finish."
