Wild Turkey Bourbon 101

Great value and flavor. Excellent for mixing and sipping.

I found it sweet at the start but found it spicy and a bit of a burn at finish. Good overall

Wow this caught me off guard. This is a very smooth easy sipper. At 101 proof I was bracing myself for a kick in the teeth, but alas no. The nose is oak, vanilla and caramel The pallet is almost fruity with hints of vanilla and salted chocolate.

Came highly recommended by slb basement bourbon bar. I wanted to like it but I find the vanilla hard to find and the 101 proof just a little strong. The vanilla was easier on the nose but the taste felt a little one sided to me
