Wild Turkey Bourbon 101

My favorite readily-available bourbon, hands-down. Sweet but strange on the nose, like a caramel-dipped magic marker. Palette is salted caramel, vanilla, sweet corn, tobacco... bourbon, pretty much. It's just a little rough, but that gives it character. Great in cocktails. Can't believe this stuff is one of the cheapest around. Nice cork cap too!
