Nice, smooth, sweet taste

You can taste the bourbon and the honey in this liqueur, but there’s a strong floral note, too, very similar to the orange blossom water used in many Middle Eastern desserts. Orange blossom honey? It’s quite pleasant. It doesn’t have nearly the complexity and depth of flavor as my favorite, Drambuie, but it's my favorite of the simple bourbon-based honey liqueurs. I prefer it to the similar offerings from Jack Daniels and Jim Beam.
