"Pecan ice cream, spicy rye, wood spices and vanilla fill your senses immediately as you bring the whiskey to your nose. There is a nice smoky quality to the whiskey and the rye influence is clear. It begins creamy and soft on your palate and ends spicy and dry. If only all mistakes had such a positive result."
