This limited edition release from Wild Turkey was created to celebrate Master Distiller Jimmy Russell's 70th anniversary with the distillery. Jimmy began his career at the distillery on September 10, 1954 sweeping floors at age 18 and he worked his way up the ranks to Master Distiller.
Since Wild Turkey 101 is Jimmy's favorite, this bottling features 8 year-old 101 proof bourbon along with an additional blend of 8-9 year-old bourbon whiskeys hand-selected from a few of Jimmy's favorite rickhouses. Available in select global markets beginning fall 2024.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma shows a variety of bold flavors like vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon and charred oak. It feels moderately full and soft and the mid-palate is medium sweet with vanilla cream. The finish is longer than average and shows a tangy and peppery side adding some bitterness to the mix. A solid bourbon with great value. Feel free to drink how you'd like — neat, rocks, or mixed as you raise a glass to Jimmy!"
