Give it 3 weeks after cracking to open up. Sweet like pancake syrup. Spicy on the back. Medium long finish. Delicious

Solid initial flavor (touch of sweetness), but the heat from the heavy ABV really sits in the throat. Strong booze nose.

Wasnt big on this one at first but after revisiting halfway through the bottle it's pretty nice (updated from 3.75 to 4.0). Really good sweetness up front and vanilla. A burnt flavor on the finish not in a bad way but I gotta be in the mood for it. It needed quite a bit of water when i first tried it but on the revisit its fine. Not sure if my palate changed or if it got better deeper in the bottle.
