You were all hype in my mind and there was always something better to pull from the shelves. So many times I decided on something else. How foolish I was. I have realized the error of my ways. Your are smooth, you are delicous you are a rare breed. Don't go chasing waterfalls. Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to. I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all. But don’t make the mistake I did. Rare Breed is TLC on any given night.

Smooth drinking bourbon

Nose is mint and sweet. Get that in the initial palette then the oak and spicy for a smooth finish. Surprisingly smooth for a 116 proof bourbon. Great pour

Smell: sweet and spicy, vanilla, oak and honey notes Taste: oak and spice at first, then strong burnt taste and hints of mint and vanilla in the end.

Not too pleasant to enjoy straight up, too much of a bitter taste

Great flavor. Probably off the radar of many bourbon snobs. Great in an old fashioned.
