Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

My initial take was that was too much of a long, spicy finish for me to enjoy very much, although I appreciated the richness and complexity of this bourbon. An ice cube really opened up the flavors though, and made me like this one more. Some eggnog, caramel, toffee, vanilla.

Neat - Caramel, toasted marshmellow, long cinnamon mint finish. Added an ice cube and flavors of nutmeg and eggnog

This is an unbelievable bourbon for the price. Nose is simpler but on the palate, explosion of brown sugar, oak, wax and cola. Finishes with dark toffee, burnt oak and hazelnut.

Grass, mint, hunny, sweet corn, light brown sugger, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Smooth start with a warm finish. Delicious
