This is great - well above average. Great price for a barrel proof bottle. I absolutely love the 110-120 proof range.

Color: Amber Nose: Caramel | Toffee | Orange Zest | Citrus | Ethanol but no unpleasant Powerful nose that is very inviting. Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Grain and spice dominate the initial palate that creeps out from behind the burn. More subtle notes of orange citrus, leather, smoke, and tobacco. That palate continues to develop well into the finish. Finish: You feel the heat but it quickly dissipates into a sweet, long finish. Notes of maple syrup and caramel apples with the orange zest remaining.
