Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

This is hard to beat, top of my bourbon list!

Nose: marshmallows, vanilla and caramel. Taste: caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and cream. Finish: buttery vanilla and caramel upfront that transitions into a great creamy finish. One of my top 5!

Insanely smooth. Was expecting the same if not more heat than the barrel proof rye, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. Up there with some of the finer whiskeys ive ever had this bourbon has heavy notes of raisin and black licorice. A little heat on the nose but not overwhelming. Dangerously good.

Like caramel popcorn and sugar cookies on a cold winter morning. Smooth, buttery, full, delicious.
