Wild Turkey Rare Breed

I love the high proof and the sweetness. As Mr Russell figured out this bourbon is a special experience out of the freezer. For the price this will be on my top shelf for a while!

112.8 proof without that ethanol burn. Animist wild turkey aroma. Lots of pepper on the palate along both sides of the tongue. Very smooth with just the slightest of heat in the esophagus. My only complaint is it lacks body and needs to be drank neat or one small cube of ice. Flavor completely changes if ice melts. It looses flavor with water. Otherwise tasty!!
