Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Single Barrel Bourbon is made with a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% wheat, 12% malted barley. The corn and wheat are grown by a local farm and the grain bill uses a sweet mash rather than a sour mash like many bourbons use. Bottled without chill-filtration at 100 proof.
Each bottle lists barrel number. As with all single barrel releases, expect variations in taste. .
