Reviewed October 18, 2021Benchmarked against woodford wheat; makers 46, cask strength, and Wine Rack cask strength store pick; and larceny. Admittedly, none of these are exceptional drams but they’re all superior to this mediocre wheater, which is fairly simple: a floral off note and very faint wheat note. Hopefully this opens up with oxidation over time. I’m going to let this sample sit there for at least several weeks before turning back to it. -

Reviewed October 14, 2021Molasses and honey with a hint of cinnamon. Not bad for the price. They're headed in the right direction, but don't yet have the volume or age range to choose from yet to be up there with the Kentucky bourbon giants. My bottle was barrel 16D21S, bottle 105 of 250.64.99 USD per BottleCorral Liquors -

Reviewed August 31, 2021 (edited June 16, 2022)Nose: sharp corn smell with high ethanol aroma. Cinnamon smell muted. Taste: watery in the front, strong taste of corn with a hint of aspartame flavor. Taste synthetic. The corn is what comes through the most. Reminds me of when you first start drinking diet soda and how synthetic that taste.55.0 USD per BottleTulsa
