Willett 6 year Bourbon "Cookie Monster"

Smells strong cinnamon and Christmas spices nestled with some dark fruit. Palette is extremely complex and delightful. Heavy cinnamon but also notes of oatmeal and maple. Finish doesn’t end, it just keeps going. Very well balanced and worth treating yourself to for a special occasion
