Willett Family Estate Bottled 3 Year Straight Rye

This is my absolute favorite rye. I love the flavor profile that Willett is getting and I only wish I could find it in Virginia. Can't wait to try the older expressions of this one. Top notch.

Tastes clean, lightly sweet, and of lemon. I had this with pizza at Paisan. It went fantastic with the anchovy stuffed olives, meatballs, and sausage pizza. The citrus lemon flavor broke up the richness from the meats and cheeses, while complimenting the brine of the olives.
