Reviewed August 8, 2016 (edited January 9, 2018)3 year, 54.5% / 109 proof. Wow. The pickle brine description is spot on. The flavor is almost overwhelming and doesn't really go away. I can tell this is a complex rye, but the pickle/dill flavor is so assertive to my palate that I don't really find myself craving this one. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.
