Tasting Notes
"The nose is full of aromas of baked wheat (like shredded wheat cereal) with dashes of baking spice and cherry compote. The palate is on the rich side, with sweet notes of cooked cereal grain, cocoa, and cherry preserves. Spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg carry into a finish that goes out with only a slight flash of heat breaking up the chocolate-cherry fullness. "
