William Russell Ross Bourbon

This is a blend of 6 and 8 year Ross Squib distillate. The proprietor goes and tastes the barrels and makes his own blend which while is nothing new he really has a knack for it. Nice spices on the nose with a hint of vanilla, bold mid palate and pleasant butterscotch on the lengthy finish. This is a very good value considering the extremely small batches produced 52 corn 29 rye 12 wheat 7 barley.
