Wolcott Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

Its an improvement from the original Wolcott whiskey. Tastes are much stronger, great bottle to accompany a cigar with.

5/6/2023 - Bottle share event at Lieber / Cataract Falls SRA. Actually, a very solid bourbon. Classic nose, flavorful palate and a decent finish.

Surprisingly complex. Nose of spice, oak, caramel, apple, vanilla, fallen leaves, and brine. On the palate dark fruit, oak, caramel and vanilla. Hot finish.

Very classical bourbon taste, it's just very thin bodied
