Wolcott Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

Very enjoyable and smooth. No alcohol burn with a medium spicy finish.

Really strong and sweet vanilla nose that crosses paths with an equally strong alcohol presence. But on the palate the vanilla settles in nicely and the burn fades leaving Bubble Double chewing around your mouth. Finish drops off and disappears quickly, but leaves a hint cinnamon to remind you of what just passed.

Brown sugar/caramel, oak, grains, some spice on finish.
