Tasting Notes
"The nose is like white chocolate chip banana nut bread with dried cherries. The medium weight palate is sweet and fruity, with particular flavors of cherry vanilla-almond, lemon, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. A whiff of charred oak plays into the finish, which is otherwise fruity, spicy, and light. "
