Tasting Notes
"There's no official age statement here, but I want to see some I.D.! This tastes YOUNG. Big heat is in the nose and on the palate, crushing what could be some lovely light, spring flavors. Some tropical fruits like its cousin the Straight Malt, but not as sweet, has more grassy herbal and wildflower notes to give it some complexity. But it's a little hard to tell if some of that aforementioned heat is spice from the bourbon barrel aging or the heat of youthfulness. Actually seems like a great liquid that needs to go back to bed for a longer nap to taste to its full potential. Come back to the bar when you're of age, son!"
