Tasting Notes
"The aroma is like toasted rye bread glazed in maple sugar, blueberry jam, and sweet spice. Spice — nutmeg, clove, cinnamon — is upfront on the palate with more of that maple sweetness and jammy berry. A green apple tartness starts to come through with spicy oak and a flavor of yeasty fresh pretzels (salted dough). The finish is big and concentrated with a touch of heat. "
