"The nose is a heady mix of stewed orchard fruits (apples, peaches, pear, quince) with warm spices and the aroma of toasted, seeded grain bread. A nutty toasted seed flavor anchors the palate with the stewed fruit flavors taking on a rich brown butter note (like a tarte tatin made with a mix of fruits instead of just apple), golden raisins, and well integrated oak spices. The finish is juicy and toasty, with a balanced buttery salted caramel sweetness. "
