It matured for five years before bottling at cask strength. As is to be expected with batch releases, the proof will vary but expect it to be ~ 120-125 proof.

Tasting Notes
"Tight and lean on the nose with fresh cut grass and cornbread as the emerging characters. The palate starts bright and sweet with chocolate and candied sweet potato up front and smoky barrel char punctuating the finish. Water helps expose some lighter apple notes in the mid-palate."
