The 2023 Harvest Release from Woodinville features their fully-matured straight bourbon which then finished in freshly-dumped Ginja barrels. Ginja (also known as ginjinha) is a Portuguese liqueur made from sour cherries, aguardiente, and sugar. It's bottled at 95 proof and available beginning September 9, 2023 as a distillery-only exclusive.
Per tradition, the first 500 bottles are hand-numbered. (SRP $69.95).
