Woodinville Private Select Straight Bourbon

Mine is a NC Private Select. Nose: Caramel and Vanilla with a bit of oak. Taste: The charred wood (Hickory or mesquite) hits you right in the face. It’s almost overwhelming. Then caramel rolls in. But deciphering other flavors is hard because of how strong the wood flavor is on mine. I get a slight chocolate taste towards the end. The flavors in this one lingers for a while. I just wish that it wasn’t so strong on the wood flavor and allowed for the other notes to come through and shine.

A lot going on with both the aroma and palate. Delightful and spicy

Sweet almost Maple aroma. Minor burn but in a good 'let you know you're drinking' kind of way. Worth the cost

Nose: sweet and fruity with vanilla notes Palate: earthy and caramel taste with orange peel on the back. Finish: medium burn with alcohol finish. You can taste the wheat and grain as the flavor continues to linger for a nice finish.

Bern’s Select. Caramel and Vanilla. Robust flavor with very high proof. Enjoyed sipping neat. Buy again for sure.

I am not a fan of regular Woodinville. This is phenomenal. Very tasty. Too bad it’s so hard to get
