Named for co-founder and CEO Mary Scanlan, Mary's Select Gin is produced at Woody Creek Distillers in Basalt, Colorado. Built on a potato base, it is distilled with 17 botanicals including Rocky Mountain juniper, local lemongrass, whole citrus, yuzu, hibiscus, and grains of paradise. Infused with butterfly pea flower, the gin has a natural indigo hue that shifts color when citrus is added.
