The Yamazaki Bourbon Barrel 2013 marks the final release in the series, which started in 2011. Aged exclusively in bourbon barrels and matured in the humid climate of the Yamazaki area, the whiskies became instantly popular. The bottles now retail for more than double their original price upon release.
Single MaltDistilled in pot stills from 100% malted barley, produced at one distillery, aged in barrels; if Scotch or Irish, must be aged for at least three years.
