Yerlo X is a rice whiskey created at the Lo Artisan Distillery in Wisconsin using 100% rice. The rice mash is fermented for 6 months before distillation using their own yeast strain. The product is aged for 4-6 months in 10-gallon charred, new American oak barrels.
