Ypióca Cachaça Prata is made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice distilled in a column still. Prata is Portuguese for "silver" but the spirit is actually aged, having spent two years in Brazilian freijó wood barrels. The bottle is decoratively wrapped in straw woven from carnaúba palm.
