Lots to discover here. On the first nose is vanilla, brown sugar, and some apple. Initial taste is pretty hot with a good spice to balance the sugars you expect from the nose. Opening up a few minutes reveals some banana and a faint minty eucalyptus on the nose, and some pepper on the taste. A couple drops of water mutes the spices a bit, leaving brown sugar and vanilla in the forefront. The notes really seem to develop as you sip through a couple ounces. Overall a great value for the price, and a good one to keep on your shelf.
