I’ve got a soft spot for Irish and this is the best I’ve had. So very rich and full with just the right amount of sweet. All the vanilla and apple notes you would expect, but with some real complex floral, cinnamon and nutmeg in the nose as well. Can’t emphasize enough how rich this is in all the right ways. The finish just lasts and lasts and lasts.
