Meaty par excellence
Nose after 30 min rest:
Vanilla, dark caramel, raisins, butterscotch, almonds, stewed apples, spice, pineapple, strawberry, peaches, apricot
Taste:
Begins with sweet fruit, bright florals, the meatiness present in the 13 returns, this time with a darker and stronger presence, as the taste moves towards a more mature darker caramel. Long finish with notes of caramel, chocolate, baking spices. Almost a Whiff of smoke in there too.
