Spicy and Juniper I use this gin for Tom Collins. This gin tastes and smells like the kitchen sink neat. I can't even pick out the flavors because I get hit over the head with Juniper and spices. But when I taste this in a Collins it shines through, it pushes the lemon around and it stands up to the lengthening. The gin isn't even that expensive to mix with, I think it is well worth the price as a mixer, but I'm not drinking this neat/on the rocks.
