Hogo and sweet This rum smells and tastes like Molasses. I actually just smelled a jar of molasses to double check, it does. Now for some people molasses tastes like butt, I tend to agree, but I could see this growing on me or mixing well. When made into daiquiris it cuts straight through the lime and sugar, so it probably has to be made into more complex or even tiki drinks. I'm trying it in a mojito with demerara syrup next, more to come. For the price this is well worth it, you get a lot of ethanol and flavor here, p4p most I've seen.
