Kept in the freezer as per recommendation from distillery- I wasn’t sure how it wld turn out at such a cold temperature, but the flavour almost presents as if it has been headed, adds a whole new dimension to the whisky tasting experience- very impressed. Taste is creamy, caramel, blended spice
