A pleasant nose of clove, cherry, tobacco, maple syrup, and raisin. On the tongue, I found this to drink pretty hot, almost unpleasant. After that, I got toffee, cinnamon, and a trace of butterscotch. This bourbon finish is medium long. It really opened up after a couple small drops of water.
