Fig, raisins, cherry, very smooth, rich. Feels luxurious. Syrupy almost but not cloying. The sherry wood presence is there and has character but doesn’t overpower either. Truly one for special occasions.
Smoother than the Allardice, which was also good but more velvety texture. May be worth the extra $$$ (and Allardice is also very good)
