On the nose you get light smoke and sherry with a hint of cinnamon. The first thing you notice when you sip is the viscous mouthfeel with cherry and vanilla sweetness accompanied by just the perfect amount of cinnamon and subtle smoke. As it finishes the peat smoke and cinnamon come out a little more as if it is smoldering for a decently long finish.
This is now my new favorite scotch, I highly recommend it!

Thank you for your service. Looking forward to tasting this finally after all the hulaballoo the last few years.
I've only had the airplane they used to occasionally put in the 12yr box, but just that was enough to knock my socks and off. still a top10, maybe 5 whiskey I ever tasted.
