Uncorking- Nose- gentle nose with some light smoke, wood, little bits of fruit and some vanilla. Taste- slightly unripe apples, gooey chocolate brownies, creamy malt. Finish- closes into wood and those hints of salty air and peat. Slightly spicy at the end with the vanilla sticking around.
