Bunny, as the distillery is affectionately called, is the most Northern distillery on Islay. It is also the least peated whiskey produced on the island coming in at 3 ppm of peat compared to 55 ppm for Ardbeg on the other end of the spectrum. This bottling is aged in ex bourbon and ex sherry which comprises 30% of the blend.

Tasting Notes
"This bottling is an updated version with a higher proof, formally at 43%. The slightly higher proof helps to wrap everything together a bit better. The notes are nutty, butterscotch, fudge, salt, and a smattering of smoke."
