Nose - Maple syrup on pancakes. Light, sweet oak with a classic vanilla bourbon hint. Slight melted butter.
Palate - Classic balanced bourbon vanilla and oak all the way through. More oaky as the wood comes through the more you feel it in your mouth. Cinnamon and spice fills the heat, making it not overwhelming for 120 proof. Hints of peanut here and there.
Finish - Long and warm. Comfortable though, as if it were a hug. Not too hot.
