Color: Golden Auburn Nose: Incredibly pleasing nose. Almond and vanilla extract. Almost overly sweet but so pleasant. Like smelling a holiday Yankee candle. Minimal ethanol and a touch of oak. Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Slight sweetness but not overwhelming. Continued nuances of vanilla and almond with a pecan nuttiness. Wonderfully complex with different notes occurring with different sips. Perhaps a citrus backing? Finish: Long and memorable.
