Nose: fresh cut alfalfa, scents of springtime in the country, rubber, then comes vanilla & summer fruit, smoky throughout. Palate: oily, meaty, smoky, charcoal & oak. Finish: a rush of smoke, oak, vanilla, spicy. One of the most unique pours I’ve ever had, left the tongue tingling with long finish. Love this one.
