Fantastic nose, very sweet and pleasant. Taste has all the typical bourbon notes with a little bit of pepper but it is not high rye? Interesting and very enjoyable for a 2+ year product. Tastes likes an older bourbon. I am excited for the future on Chat whiskey. Wish the price was a little lower but it is worth having in your Collection due to nose and unique flavor.
