Sure I might have moaned noisily for the Ardbeg 10, and screeched "Yes! Yes! Yes!" when tasting the Corryvreckan, but if I’m being truthful it was all show and pretence.
This whisky genuinely rocks my boat. I discovered erogenous zones I didn’t even know I had. You should have seen me drinking it. I was like Meg Ryan in the cafe. Tell the waitress you’ll have what I’m having.

I wholeheartedly agree. Me and some friends did an outdoor blind tasting some months ago. An Irish friend of mine who has more than a decade of whisky experience and who isn’t that much into peated whisky (because it is quite uncommon in Ireland) commented it with „Oh my god“. The day after three of the guys from that tasting had already ordered a bottle for themselves. Needless to say that Uigea won the blind tasting in a land slide.
I agree completely with your rankings....no need to fake it with Oogie
Down, Sally!
