Enjoying neat. Lovely golden straw color. Coats the glass nicely. Nose is fresh oak, char, agave, earth/minerals, brine, light caramel, vanilla, citrus, and fresh herbs. Rich, creamy, and oily mouthfeel. Taste starts roasted agave, caramel, fresh oak, vanilla. A lot of complex flavors come in, vegetal, brine, mint, some slight funky umami/yeast notes, cinnamon, pineapple. Finish is nice and long with flavors changing over more than 60 seconds. Sweetness, oak tannins, fruit, slight anise, mint, black pepper...and more
Wow. One of the most complex tequilas that I've tried. Sweet and savory notes. Lots of wood, but light on vanilla, which i prefer. It's a little pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. Additive free and superb quality
